Hello all,
Just letting you know that we are running a 3D club event at Lilydale bowmen - Pavitt Lane, The Basin next Sunday 10th April. I know it is short notice but due to the overwhelming success of our club ABA shoot this weekend, (60 competitors from Lilydale and other clubs,) we open our doors to all comers. If you are not a member of any of the organizations mentioned below, this is a perfect opportunity to see what the exciting sport is all about.

Through the Archery Alliance of Australia, (for those of you who may not know what this is, it is an affiliated organization tying ABA AA and 3DAAA for invitational events and cross organization participation.) This means that members of any three organizations can be invited to events at the various clubs.
(There are some limitations but at this early stage we are all trying the waters.)

This coming weekend we are holding a 20 target 2 round event following the ABA 3D rules, 3 arrow round in the morning and a 1 arrow round in the afternoon.

This is a perfect opportunity to get some practice in for the World Field Archery Championships - Wagga Wagga, starting the following weekend.

The targets are mostly Reinhardt, ranging from skunks, cats, bears, mountain lions, goats and even full size elk.

This is a fantastic event and should not be missed.
