Coach be very very careful, don't want you getting caught by one of those beasts. They will knock you down, drag you into one of their holes never to be seen again.
Must say its great to see Aussie wildlife free in the bush

I think I'd be a bit ****** to if some one walked into my bedroom while the wife and I were having a cuddle.

Yes. Great beast they are.
Don't mess with them.... they are a solid beast and the holes they dig are big, so their claws are hell-tough. As a general rule of thumb, the sun baked earth is a LOT harder than your lower limbs, so if you annoy one and cannot get away, it could really make a mess of you.

Really enjoyed seeing these photos. I have only ever seen one in the wild some years ago while staying with Col Graham. They sure are stocky little blokes. I'd hate to hit one on the bike or even a car.
