How much are people paying for techniglue?

#1 Post by JoeLethbridge » Tue Aug 02, 2016 7:14 pm

Hello
just bought myself a techniglue kit off ebay (250 ml hardener, 500 ml resin) for $58. Just want to know whether this is a standard price or I've been ripped off?

Hi Joe,

I believe the price you paid was reasonable, Carba-tec sell the similar sized kit for $66.00 plus postage. The main thing is to make sure they supply the correct [slow] hardener.

I usually go into Carba-tec and buy it there so I get the right stuff but that's about the same price as I usually pay, if not a bit cheaper.

Its bloody strong stuff so enjoy :D

I usually get the 1lt resin and the 500ml hardener techniglu which is around $110 + postage from Carbetec and just hope the courier company doesn't squash the box during transport and end up with glue everywhere.
