We average about two squalls a day. This one wreathed the mountains in its fury for over 3 hours... suited me fine.

I've finally been able to spend a few days with my good friend, CRAIG COALE (former N A T O recon trainer... darn "combat conditioned" folks!). Here he is taking point on a high meadow run.

Me and the Swan have covered a good bit of ground, scouting out fresh sign for some of the other boys. Over the last two days, I've finally settled in for myself (and calling one in for Craig's son, Lee). Since yesterday afternoon, I've been fortunate to call six bulls within 75 yards (one, less than 40... $($(*&%(*&! thick timber!). As some of you know, wind... and other men's moving can change things at the critical moment.
Got this evenin'... then home. Hope you fine friends enjoy the sharings.

Man, that is some of the most beautiful country I've ever seen! You always come up with the goods when it comes to amazing photos, C.M., please continue with the breathtaking vistas.
Lately, if life were treating me any better, I'd be suspicious of it's motives!

Your travelling partners are high in the outdoor education I see. Always good to travel with someone who knows his way around the woods, bow or longarm. My kinda folks...
Oh and that is some nice country, I'd walk that anyday of the week. Nice belt kit too I might add.
AK.
