Not trying to be funny here, but I think all you can do is buy new, straight, one. Never found a way of straightening carbons and I think fibreglass would be the same.

You could try the following:

When the water has boiled make a strong brew of black coffee, part fill a good sized coffee mug to the halfway mark and top up with Bundy rum.

It may not straighten the shafts but you will feel better about the situation.

Have you tried sourcing the shafts locally?

Try taping it tightly to something you know is straight and sit in in boiling water for a while. Take it out and put into cold water.

I am not sure as to what resin the fiber glass arrows are made out of but if they're a fiberglass epoxy mix you just need to get them around the HDT(heat deformation temperature) usually 60-70 degrees Celsius for most epoxy's once at this stage they should be able to be straitened much like a wooden arrow. Like the others said hot water would be the best way to make them reach that temperature evenly.

It is also a risk that it could damage the fiberglass arrows a bit by heating them up.... worth a shot
