I got a hold of one of these the other day from Horseland - not too pricey either. You do need to fit a handle and I made one, which works ok, but asked a mate at work, who is actually a farrier, about what makes the best handles and he recommended a golf ball. You heard it, a golf ball as a rasp handle.
Must see how it works.

somewhere between 20 and 30 bucks. There was a sale on and I was buying some other stuff. It was horseland in belconnen.
