--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. get everything you need shaft, glue, fethers and pins/nails i use heshen nails and grind and sharpen them to a fine point i use them because there stronger than pins and sharpen em so they dont split the spine of the fether

2.pin the fether at each end

3.get a peice of paper and wrap it around the shaft next divide it into three equal parts or 4 if you use 4 fethers
this gives you the mark to place your fethers do this top and bottom of where you are gluing the fether
Image
4.pickup your fether glue it and put it on your shaft top one first then put the bottom one on depending how much twist you want the more twist the less it will travel,do this with all fethers.

5.once youve done all the fethers put another thin layer of glue down each fether then hang to dry

5.once dryed remove nails and shoot.

6. the more twist the less they go i have played with 3 and 4 and have found little differance in distance but i give the threes more twist a third twist gives me a distance of about 70mtrs at 45deg angle a 2/3 twist gives me about 50mtr disance thats using a 53# longbow at 28in
