Beautiful bow Steve.
I am presuming it is bamboo in the core.
Nice veneers as well.

Very nice looking bow Steve.
Love the way you have the big curve on the shelf.
Love to see one in the flesh one day.
Are you going to the best of the best tournament in May at Wiseman's ferry?

Thanks Stephen, The radiused shelf gives a bit more clearance when you have a poor release :) . I will be at Wisemans Ferry for the shoot, I take it you will be coming :) ? Try to get to the Gathering aswell, it is shaping up to be a big one. Steve

I'll be there with bells on!
I went to the LB100 down here at Lilydale and if it is any indication of what to expect it will be fantastic.
I have never competed in a true traditional event and I am looking forward to the flu flu and moving target comps. I do this on my own at the moment and just love it.
So I guess I'll see you there.
Oh and by the way you can call me Steve.

Another Steve.

It will be great to meet you at Wiseman's and/or see you at the Gathering....the atmosphere at these trad events is great.

Ok Steve :) , The first Gathering I went to was fantastic, the generosity of Trad folk is amazing both in advice and material sense.
I was inspired when I saw the craftsmanship that some are capable of.
With regards to moving targets, I cant seem to hit them and the only place i get to practice them is at the shoot :D .

Hey Jeff, It does have a nice weight compared to the Zebrano and picked up 3 fps due to the riser stiffness??
MMM I would love to have some Burdekin plum to try :) . Steve

Hi Jeff, I believe B. Plum is a relatively small tree and not a commercially available timber so one would have to cut their own or know someone who has? It is a QLD species so I dont fancy our chances :( . Steve
