Hi guys,
Just wondering how you guys secure your bows to spray?
This is the first one I have sprayed and it's come up good except the wire that I hung it with has left an indent around the nock groove and on the belly fiberglass.
Thanks
Tyler

I don't do glass bows, but how about fishing line instead of wire?

Re: Spraying question for bowers
I have never done anything like this but what if you hung it from 1 end sprayed 90%of the bow let it dry then hung it from the other end and did the last bit ?
Re: Spraying question for bowers
Hi Tyler, This is what I do. Bend up a bit of stiff wire so you get a wedge fit on your tips so the wire pinches the tip and only touches it at two small points on either side and move it to a slightly different position for each coat and move it to where the string will sit for the last coat.
Here's a picture.
Hope this helps.

The shortest distance between two points is a FLATLINE

Thanks for the replys.
I don't have enought hight in the booth to have 68" vertical. That is the way I was originally thinking of doing it.
Thanks Rob, that is exactly what I was after. Will make a couple of those up for the next one.
Thanks
