Finally a Succesful Bow

Well after about 12 tries to make a successful bow I finally did it.
I have now shot about 120 arrows through it.
The way I did it was as a Tri-Lam I finally had an oppurtunity to go to Ottos wood.
I went there to get a hickory stave the only one they had was bad had knots and bad grain.
They did have a great selection of pre cut 3mm laminates.
The had Hickory, Rock maple, Wenge, and Blackwood.
I got hold of 2 hickory 2 wenge and 2 maples.
I also found a good 40x50x200mm White Oak stave in there off cuts area witha birilliant grain.
I made my first Tri-Lam with Maple for the back the Wenge for the core and the belly with White Oak.
I was successful with the first one after tiller it was pulling about 45@28 I was very happy then I shaped the handle into the traditional handle and screwed up badly by cutting the grain too close to the Fades I was devastated.
Although that one failed I went again did the same this time I went with the Flatbow type handle and it works beautifully it is only 34@28 and is 70 n-n but it's great for a target shooter.
Here are the pics
