I know this hasn't anything to do with archery but visited an old knife making friend the other day and he is into the black powder shooting and I couldn't pass up the opportunity of posting a picture of these horns I gave to him a few years back. It is good to see any old craft not being lost ,I recon he has done a great job on them.

Cheers Wayno

They are very nice.
They look better than the one I have which is a plastic bottle with a measure fitting fitted to the lid and a brass one.
I think the black powder gun/rifle is the traditional or shooting.

They look great Wayno, your Mate has put lots of Work in the fitting and Polishing ! I've recently bought a Flintlock Muzzle Loader and there is a lot of crossover in the general Skills, especially with Pre 1900 Archery Tackle / Hunting Equipment
