Fibreglass lams

Hi Folks

I find it a bit annoying and frustrating that if I want to build a timber/fibreglass laminated bow here in OZ I can source the timber for the riser, timber for the limbs but when it comes to the glass I have to get it from overseas.

Is it just me or does anybody else find this to be a bit of a pain?

Anyway that's my bit of a whinge.

Well mate if you had of been making bows back in the 1990's when Australian made glass was being promoted and supplied here you would have been glad that you could get quality glass from overseas. I know I sure was. :mrgreen:

Thanks daryl I will check them out.

Jeff I guess I should have been more specific. I actually should have said that there isn't an agent here for Gordon composites selling their glass at a reasonable price.If you want to get just a couple of pieces of glass can up by the time my bank charges for international transfer and then exchange rate plus shipping.
In the 80's I was giving my parents headaches.
