OK
I've disguised the crappy paintwork- but you can see what I was trying to achieve. Thanks to John McD for the shafts - swiss pine came up nicely with the brass points - fletchings are 4" white shield. No St George jokes.
And here are some more flies.

The arras look nice and straight mate! Did you stain them to look like Osage Orange?
Those flys look good and the names suit them.

Nope - Just varnished them with a spray varnish and let the low quality flash do the work.
I am not THAT obsessed by Osage mate.
Beaut straight shafts - shame the paintwork was substandard. I'll shoot em until they need reconditioning and then do a better job.

Yew misjudge me (here we go!)
Cheers LB - I'll be trialling a couple of those at Jindabyne this weekend. The big fuzzy ones are going to the US for my brother in law - along with a couple of beetles. He flyfishes for bass over there (which is about as much fun as you can have with your strides on!)

Those are some nice Flies there, but since your really don't like the looks of the arrows you can send then my way. That way you dont have to look at them until I send them back ready to be refinished.
