this is what you want guys.

this is 2 roo tails worth of sinew. by the way, that's inches not centimeters! :lol:
trouble is i find i have to sort through them a bit and bundle them into extra long, long and fairly long. :lol: :lol:

some butchers sell them or if you know a roo shooter they sometimes give you some. they throw them away.

I found a Roo processor http://members.iinet.net.au/~kriver/company.html who sells Roo tails at $4.00 kg as dog food I'm going to go and look at some frozen tails on Tuesday probably without skin ( I think they use a mechanical skin stripper that takes the whole pelt in WA ). They offered to separate some large ones (approx 1.1 kg) for me so I hope they will be OK with the tendons intact.

Also I recieved an e-mail from Kylie at the Deer farm that the Deer sinew has arrived there and it is $46.50/ 150g box. Each piece is about 16cm long and she thinks there are around 15 pcs in each pack.

make sure they keep the tails at full length for you luke.
