New Saluki Ibex...

Hi Guys,

I thought that you may like to see a few pictures of my new Saluki Ibex I just recived.. :mrgreen:

The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is no where as important as being able to place it in the correct spot....!

I'm just curious. What is your draw length?
Blacktail TD Recurve: 66", 42# @ 30". Arrow: 32", 2212. PW: 75 Grains. AW: 421 Grains. SPD: 185 fps. GPP: 10.02

It shooting very well mate... The grip on the Ibex suits me better, so for me its way more consistent then the Scythian.... :mrgreen:

Yes. Short 58" bows and 30" draw lengths usually don't mesh very well together because of the finger pinch issue.

Hi Nightwing, Here is a picture from Lukas website explaining the finger pinch issue. this is how you can shoot these short bows with little or no finger pinch...

Yes mate, Lukas work is something to behold... :shock:
From memory the inlay work is white phenolic.... but don't quote me... :lol:

Yes mate, the arrows are Wallace woods... Sue and Steve send the raw footed shaft to me and I cap, crest and finish the rest... Mr and Mrs do a very fine job indeed... :D

Thanks Rob, I am really enjoying shooting this bow at the moment... drop some money into Lukas ( Salukibows) account... the bow will take about 12-14 months to get here.... 8)
