That's going back a few years now Daryl. Looks like it was one of the years we used Boora Jenson's 3D targets. We haven't seen Rob Scully for quite some years.

Jeff,
From memory I was speaking to Rob Scully at the Medieval Fayre around 2011. He was running a blacksmithing demonstration and was assisted by Peter French.
Rob mentioned that he was conducting a blacksmithing course at a TAFE centre in the Ipswich /Bremer River area.
I think this photograph was taken at that shoot. Daryl.

Thanks for that. It would be good to catch up with those who attended the Musters back then. I think you are right regarding that photo as it has one of Boora's targets in it. It's hard to remember I once had a beard that colour.greybeard wrote: ↑Fri Nov 23, 2018 11:47 am Jeff,

Hi Sue, here's a couple of photos. I can remember the swamp claiming quite a few arrows. I may have more photos in the files.little arrows wrote: ↑Thu Nov 22, 2018 4:03 pm oh my goodness me, have you been rummaging through the filling cabinet Daryl - yes just a few years back. Great photos, thanks for sharing. How cool is a whole mob of longbows like that? Marvelous.
