Yeah, i was thinking about that.

I just need to figure out how to drill the blade without it shattering as its only currently being held by epoxy.

Funny how such a small margin can change the spine so radically. I tried making a few shafts the other day but they come up shotty and rough, used them as garden stakes. I made the mistake of making the blank to big and the plane i had did a bad job of thinning them down. I will have to make some mo...

WTB: Second Hand Longbow 40#-50#

I am looking at buying my first longbow and wanted to buy a second hand one to experiment. My budget that i am currently working with is anywhere up to $250 ( much more and i can just get a new one ) I would like it in the range of 40#-50# if possible as thats what i am currently still working with....

What kind of fish are you chasing out there? Most of my fishing is targeting pelagics but caught a few nice trout last month.

I have not personally bought a bow from the US but have heard that the shipping is the real downfall. Whats the length of the bow? Takedown? and type of bow? From what i have heard its better to buy several bows at a time or get a mate to join in shipping to save costs.

Simply beautiful, i am not a big fan of complicated risers and like the simple but elegant riser in yours. Now you just need a set of arrows to go with it :wink:
