For sale - Damon Howatt Mamba
Now 300 plus post. Plan changed, I would now like to sell the Mamba instead of trade. I am hoping to go to one bow that I love shooting so will clear out what I have. The Mamba is 65# @ 28 and spits the arrows like a boss. It also has two strings, the current string was made by Rob from flatliner bo...

If anyone has Johns email could you flick it through. When I tried the one above it came back and the website didn't work for me either. Could be my typing ability or my cut and paste too.

Re: Spine question
Thanks Ian. I ended up getting some more 350 heritage but got two cut, one at 31.5 and the other 32 to try the three field point weights of 125, 145 and 175. Funnily enough for both lengths the lighter the point the further to the right the nock was. This was at about 10 m, is this too close? Is tha...

Re: What do you Take on a Bow Hunting Trip?
End of summer/summer Day hunt from base camp I take a three litre bladder (pretty hot up here, dont like being caught short), first aid kit, extra snake bite bandages, small torch (been caught out twice before, neither my fault), snacks, lollies, hand held 2 way. Most of my hunts are from a base cam...

Thank Clint. I just bought the flatliner that was for sale on here, pumped with the purchase! I have never done any of this sort of stuff before and wanted to buy the right stuff the first time. Double serving might be the go, i wanted to have a crack at doing the knots and sorting it out for myself...

2nd hand Norseman
Hey guys, I have always been a fan of Norseman bows and was wondering if anyone had one they wanted to move on. Any poundage up to 65 would be alright. Between 50 and 60 ideal.

Re: feather options
Thanks for the ideas and advice. I probably would've tried to do it inside, ha ha. Funnily enough I put an add on Gumtree for turkey feathers and a lad with peacocks said I could have some of them. Showed me some feathers in a photo, a couple didn't look too bad strenght wise.
