hi everyone ,done some shooting out of the bow today the bow is 58# @ 28 I am a 27" Draw so minus 3# which is 55# @ my draw lenght and shot her through the Chrono the arrows I made for her weighed from 620 gn to 626 gn and were pushing through the Chrono @ 162 - 164 FPS and I am very happy with...

Hi Rod, Mate I was over adventurous with the First bow as I wanted to put a recurve tip on it as it goes to prove it was to much I could probably use the form as a recurve form instead but I was fortunate to only put a 14-15 inch handle in as I wanted more working limb ,anyway I am a big fan of the ...

Yes I dip,I don`t use the gasket though have been using water base flooring polyurethane watered down a little and is a satin finish(cabot`s) just dip and drip

Great stuff there Bear mate if you like to try and get more weight up front try some woody weights from 3 rivers they start @ 75gns - 200gns and they have test packs too

hey guy`s i have just started making my own arrows and have been put onto loctite 454 gel it is good for fletching very quick but expensive but if you want a cheap one I went to a dollar shop and picked up some superglue for $1 a bottle (25ml) which I used for glueing the nocks only too thin glue li...

Sorry about the shortage of info I am located in Mount Isa
I use fingers and right handed and about 5 foot 11
the bow I am using is a Martin couger 55`-70 and I have it cranked right up so that aside what poundage do you think I should be pulling on a recurve
