Hi Bob, Hooray, finally your in. Yes, I have a friend who had BOTH knees done at once about 2 years ago. She has come out of it really well and is walking so well now. The big issue is the immobility period initially. I can get her to ring you about it if you like as then you can ask any questions y...

A truely enjoyable weekend of great fun great target layout ( congrats to the Caboolture team for their hard work) . Big thanks to Ronster and Sue , Tim and Danny for fun company and easy conversation. Have sent photos to Little Arrows for posting. Thanks again all for top time ,Ian.

Have been using them for near on 3 years now and would not change back to a tab or glove. Great feel with the fingers and the releases are smooth. Also provides a snug nocking point.

So just to clarify, instead of using a glove or tab in a trade comp, the rubber no knocks are legal ?

use of " no nocks" on longbow strings in trad comps.
can anybody advise me if the use of no knock on bowstring is allowed in a trad comp. Rules say only one knocking point.
