In the Whitsundays area of qld you can't get anything of quality here. I usually use addey archery but I'm sure their prices have gone up.

hi guys it's been a while since I have posted anything here but just wondering where Ye all get your arrows,what's, bits and bobs from? I have always made my own and am keen to still do so. I am on a bit more of a budget these days so which is the cheepest way also.

I have not posted anything for a long time but dam man that is fine wood work right there!there are many timber work competitions in Australia I have no doubt in my mind you could rate with the best of em!

Ther is a black trophy longbow for sale just down the road from me.$450. I have tried to research them but have not been able to find any reviews. Has any one had any experience with them and is this a good price.?

I use a garmin etrek myself but Allways carry a topographic map as well.i have found even the best high tech equipment can fail and it can be more reliable to have this hands on orientering experience. i have a martin mamba one peice recurve at 65# @ 28 is in ok condition and is a relly good bow,extremly fast looking at around $450 or swap for a deflex reflex or td recurve around 60#

ah yeh anyway... i noticed lots of imperfections that may hinder the safety factor of the bow , i think your best bet would be to discard of it asap before someone gets hurt. ill do you a favor and dipose of it properly if you just post it to me

I too have a mamba 65# and have had it for eight years. the bow is as fast as they come. it has served me well, unfortunatly i will have too get rid of it to get another bow and will miss haveing it!
